How does juggling affect the brain?

The act of Juggling is based on the co-ordination of your hands, eyes and body; all of which is controlled by the mind. In an article published by the New Scientist, a study conducted showed that participants who learnt juggling grew more white matter in a part of the parietal lobe – an area involved in connecting our visual understanding of the world with our physical motion of the body, than non jugglers.
